Jim Bartlett will describe how to detect ITAR, EAR, and FTR violations, and how to write and submit voluntary disclosure. He will advise on how to react to subpoenas and search warrants.
Mr. Bartlett is an attorney specializing in international trade and is co-author of the textbook, United States Export controls (7th ed. 2020), author of Bartlett's Annotated International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("The BITAR?), author of Bartlett's Annotated Foreign Trade Regulations ("The BAFTR"), editor of the Society of International Affairs "Pocket ITAR", and editor of The Export/Import Daily Update (The Daily Bugle").
He is Principal of Full Circle Trade Law, PLLC, of Washington, DC, and is a partner of the international trade audit firm, Full Circle Compliance, BV, of Bruchern, Netherlands.

Incoterms® (International Commerce Terms) are a set of 11 internationally standardized rules which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers. Incoterms® specify who is responsible for paying for and managing the shipment, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and other logistical activities. The new rules entered into force on 1 January 2020.
